TURNKEY SOLUTIONS

Ferrolon uses a strategic approach to quote the customers projects with the big picture in mind, a fully functional production facility. We understand the importance of maintaining budgets and keeping a tight schedule to ensure the customers deadlines are met. Whether it is a greenfield facility installing new equipment or relocation of an existing line, Ferrolon has you covered.

FOUNDATIONS

Ferrolon prides on assuring the foundations are done right the first time around. We work with only the most renowned concrete companies and have our own in-house foundation specialist onsite to ensure the work is being done correctly and according to the drawings as planned. However, this is not until there has been several project review meetings between our team, the OEM and the customer. We go the extra mile to help prevent mistakes before the project even begins.

MACHINE ALIGNMENT

Ferrolon has years of experience installing precision equipment, down to less than a thousandth of an inch. We only use top of the line measurement tools to ensure the tightest tolerances. The FARO Laser Tracker has a level that is accurate down to the micron depending on how far the target is from the Tracker head. This equipment is nearly 10 times more accurate than the theodolites typically used for machine alignment in the industry today. Needless to say, nobody can beat the precision of Ferrolon.

RIGGING

Ferrolon combines its unsurpassed dedication with its years of experience in the industry to safely and efficiently move your most valued equipment, no matter what the size is. Our team is well trained and are required to acquire both the Rigger Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in addition to the crane operator certification, all of which are OSHA recognized.

FABRICATION

Ferrolon has a wide range of capabilities to meet all our customers’ fabrication needs. Our expert fabricators handle the custom design and fabrication both on and off the job site. From simple metal brackets to machine platforms to custom electrical enclosures, we can build it. This helps save our customers money by alleviating the high manufacturing cost associated with the larger OEMs. We also offer engineering, mechanical assembly, metal finishing, and shipping services as well.

ELECTRICAL

Ferrolon is more than just an installation company, we offer a full line of electrical services too. Our systems integration team can provide complete automation solutions for both new and used industrial equipment. Our technicians are well versed in both Allen Bradley and Siemens controls and capable of performing full line commissioning from start to finish. We have the experience and the expertise to take on pretty much any job, regardless of the size.
