SAFETY AND CERTIFICATIONS

Ferrolon is committed to the safety and health both its employees and its customers. Our safety standards are designed to prevent employee accident/injury while promoting a positive working environment. We implement strong safety goals, which in turn translates to better service and reduced costs for all of our customers.

Safety IS OUR BUSINESS

“Safety first!” Safety is ingrained in our identity. It serves as the highest priority every time we step on a job site. We realize that our employees are our most valuable assets and the projects we do are not possible without the complete commitment of each member on the Ferrolon team. We have a proven track record and have not had a single incident report in the 10+ years working in the steel industry. We are dedicated to safety and our history proves it.

TRAINING

Workplace safety culture begins with a well-trained workforce. In addition, an employee who receives the necessary training is better able to perform her job. Proper training is just one way Ferrolon pushes to separate itself from the rest of the competition. We believe investing in the proper training upfront is going to get the job done faster, safer and to the highest of quality the first time around. This helps save our customers money and gives them the confidence that Ferrolon is best solution for any other jobs moving forward.

CERTIFICATIONS

The Ferrolon team is well versed in both safety and training as mentioned above. Our employees are required to attend the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED training program administered by the American Heart Association. We are also hold several certifications recognized by OSHA, which include but are not limited to the following:

CCO Overhead Crane Operator Certification

CCO Rigger Level 1 Certification

CCO Rigger Level 2 Certification
